The inbox your agents work. The desk where you decide.
A desktop mail app for Gmail and Outlook. Claude Code and your MCP clients triage and draft; you approve every change. Your mail stays on your computer.
Agents draft. You accept or strike. A reply an agent writes lands inside the thread as a proof, its words underlined in blue. Press ⌘↵ to send it or N to strike it. Nothing goes out until you do.
Every change waits for you. Archiving, filing, snoozing: whatever an agent wants to do queues here with its name and its reason. Y approves, ⇧N rejects, Z undoes.
Sorted before you look. Mail splits into Priority, People, Invites, Notifications and Newsletters from its headers, no AI needed. First-time senders wait in the Screener until you let them in.
Every company’s day, side by side. Google and Outlook calendars for every account in one week. When two companies want the same hour, the clash is marked.

Hi Jun, legal came back on the Acme MSA. Two open points: the liability cap and the renewal clause. Can you confirm both by 5 pm so they can countersign tomorrow?
Draft by triage-bot· to Maya Chen · waiting for you
Hi Maya, confirmed on both points. The cap at twelve months of fees works for us, and the renewal clause is fine as redlined. Signed copy to you by 5 pm.

Hi Jun, I saw the launch post last week and think our scheduling API could save your team a step. Would you be open to twenty minutes next week?
Try it: the window takes the app’s own keys. ⌘↵ accept, N strike, Y approve, Z undo.

Bring your own agents.
agentmel ships an MCP server and a CLI that share the app’s local mail store. Point Claude Code or any MCP client at it, and its work shows up in the app as it happens, signed with the client’s name.
ReadList and read mail and calendars.
TriageAlso archive, snooze, re-file and draft.
SendAlso send drafts.
You pick the level in Settings. Whatever it is, changes and sends wait in the approval queue by default, and agents can never attach files from your computer.

Your mail stays on your computer.
There is no agentmel server. The app talks to Gmail and Outlook directly, keeps your mail in a file on your machine, and sends nothing anywhere else unless you turn it on.
