Terms of use
Last updated 27 October 2026
These terms cover your use of agentmel, the desktop app published by OpenSkye Labs (“we”). By installing or using agentmel you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app
agentmel is a preview release. It is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Features may change or be removed.
Your accounts and mail
- You connect your own Gmail and Outlook accounts and remain responsible for them and for complying with Google’s and Microsoft’s terms.
- Your mail stays on your computer; see the privacy policy. Keep your own backups: agentmel is a client, and Google or Microsoft hold the original copy of your mail.
- You are responsible for the messages you send, including messages drafted by an AI or an agent and sent with your approval.
AI and agents
- AI features are optional and use a provider you choose, under that provider’s terms. AI output can be wrong; review drafts and summaries before relying on them.
- Agents you connect act with the access level you give them. You are responsible for the agents you run and for the changes you approve.
Acceptable use
Do not use agentmel to send spam, to break the law, to access accounts you are not authorized to use, or to interfere with Google’s or Microsoft’s services.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, OpenSkye Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, messages, profits or business, arising from your use of agentmel. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for agentmel in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use agentmel after a change means you accept it.
